Best hair vitamins for healthy hair? Yes, not all hair vitamins are created even close to equal. Hair is a complex structure and needs more than just a few b vitamins and some minerals. The way that the hair is made it needs many different vitamin combinations. The amount of the vitamin is not near as important as the combination of the vitamins used. We have personally tested over 15 different hair vitamins including popular brands like GNC hair vitamins. We feel the best are the Boost Hair Vitamins.

Faster Hair Growth With Hair Vitamins

Our hair grew out the fastest as well as was the healthiest. Hair that tended to be slow growing was moved back up to optimal speed of hair growth. We measured and found that our hair grew 3 times faster than when not using vitamin!

Best Vitamins For Healthy Hair

The best vitamins for healthy hair are typically the best vitamins for hair growth, hair loss etc. This is because when hair loses the ability to send micro amounts of nutrition to the hair then it must be stimulated. Therefore we also recommend a hair stimulant when using a hair vitamin. This will increase the results dramatically. The stimulant can be found in the faster growing hair kit which also includes hair vitamins, hair growth shampoo and hair stimulant conditioner for optimal results!

Best Vitamin For Black Hair

Black hair is not that much different than other hair in terms of growth. However here is the best vitamin for black hair that we recommend. Black hair tends to grow slowly and can be dry therefore a vitamin alone can help with faster hair growth but special hair treatments need to be used for ending dry hair problems with black hair.

When grey hair start popping up most of realize we are getting older.  For the majority of people grey hair starts to appear in there late thirties.  But premature graying starts for some as early as the teens and twenties.  For most Caucasians about half of their hair will be gray at fifty.  No matter when it starts most of us would rather not turn grey.

So what causes the hair to loose its color?  The hair follicles are surrounded by cells that have melanin, the pigment that determines the color of the hair.  Depending on how much melanin is present the hair will various shades of blond, brown, black or red.  Unfortunately the cells that contain the melanin die slowly.  As the hair looses melanin it also looses its color and may become grey or white.

Fortunately hair doesn’t turn gray in a day.  The process is gradual.  When you first start to notice grey hair it will probably take about ten years or more for the rest of the head to turn.  Gray hair starts at the temples and spreads to the crown and eventually moves around to the back of the head.  There are different hair products available on the market that can help to slow the process of turning gray.

Everyone will eventually have gray hair, but it is sometimes possible to slow down the process.  Getting the proper amount of air hvitamins and minerals may help the cells to stay alive longer and continue the melanin production.  Some vitamins supplements that may help are Vitamin B, PABA and Vitamin B12.  Folic acid is also helpful.

Gray hair also often feels dry and coarser than other hair.  It is sometimes even wiry.  Hair Vitamins can help as well as natural ingredients like jojoba oil and emu oil.  They will moisturize deep and rejuvenate the hair.
